sick

I felt like crap yesterday.. my head hurt so bad and that made me sick at my stomach. It was a rough day.. I do feel much better today. I'm looking forward to Friday. It will be nice to hang out with everyone.. Hopefully Jeff will have a job by then.. Chalk Mountain seems promising..
Did not exercise yesterday and probably won't the rest of the week.. Flo is visiting.. I can't stand to exercise during the visits.. So come Sunday I will be hurting when I exrcise..
