hurting all over

ugh!  I  started my heavy exercise routine back on Monday, and boy does my body hurt. After not being able to exercise for 8 weeks , its like starting new..I'm really disappointed in myself, I should have been more careful with my food intake since I couldn't exercise..my goal is two pounds a week.  If I can do it I will lose 18 pounds by vacation time. I have seen how good lifting weights has done for Laura so I started doing that as well. Of course its just a little free weight right now , but I do plan on bumping it up. I have to start out low right now, I'm really weak.. My new exercise routine that I started on Monday takes me 2 and half hours.. By the time I finish that , then start my house hold chores and fix lupper (lunch/supper) run Jordan to and from work, I am exhausted.

Loved all the rain, but our den flooded.. its a good thing we just use it as a storage room. Nothing in there to ruin..

Jordan failed English 2 and Geomatry this year , so he has to redo them plus his 11th grade stuff. Our plan is to start him on this in a couple of weeks and were only giving him 6 months to complete. Then in January start him on his senior year so he can graduate by May. Hopefully it will work out.

moving on up

Jeff bought me a galaxy tablet for mothers day, and Jordan bought me a keyboard to go with it. I just got the keyboard today. So far really loving it.

Its raining really hard out right now!  Thank you God!!!!


Not much has been going on, I went for my six week check up on Wednesday and everything went great.  I'm good to go back to normal activity.. I have gained nine pounds since March.. YUK!!!

I need to really buckle down and get 15 pounds off by the end of July.. We are going to go on vacation and were going to go to a water park..

Well I just really wanted to check out how well my new keyboard worked ,so that is all I got to say.. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
