UGH!! Stupid Stupid Law Changes.. Last year when Doug went to jail, I asked them what will happen if he doesn't pay when he gets out.. She told me that he would go back to jail for longer time... Well I haven't received any child support payments since Sept. so I have been calling every month to get them sending out the stupid letters.. Well this morning a nice lady told me that since he served time that usually suppends his probation period (which he was on for non-pmt) so the only other thing they could do would be to suspend his driver liscense.. They already did that.. so now she tells me there is probably nothing they can do to him for non-pmt except keep sending out the stupid pmt lettters...All of this is because Cole is now 19.. if he was still small they could put him back in jail... I new I would never get that money , but I sure wanted to make his life hell by putting him back in jail.. I guess I will be the bigger person and just thank God , Doug was never in Cole's life and pray that he never gets to be..
I've got the exercise blues.. I haven't done it all week.. I'm just burned out of the stuff that I normaly do.. Rondi asked me to join a yoga class with her, but hell no I'm not cordinated enough to do that out in public.. I wish I had money to hire a trainer like the rich people do..I have a goal to lose 5 pounds a month. If I can do that I would lose 20 by June.. That would be perfect..
We have no plans for the weekend.. Hope everyone has a great weekend..

ReplyDeleteyeah that is bullshit! just because he is no longer obligated to pay does not take away the fact he owes for not paying in the first place. good luck with losing 5 pounds. if i lost 1 id be happy. i just keep gaining! i won't quit though. i am working out fairly hardcore for 1 1/2 hours 3 times a week. im thinking i need to add 2 more days until i lose or something.
