We are listing our house!

Well we are for sure moving , Jeff got the word Friday.. We have also decided not to owner finiance. We just want to be rid of this house and not have to stress over what if who ever was to buy it didn't make the payment. Then we would have to do it and plus the headacke of kicking them out. So even though we may not make much money off of the house it will be better for us in the end. Yesterday we cleaned and painted the a/c vents. Today Jeff will cut and nail up some trim then I will paint . We have discovered Cole's room is in desperate need of paint so I will be painting that too. I also will start packing up stuff and cleaning like a crazy person..The good news is we don't have to move until the house sale's so at least we won't be rushed..I have drank and ate junk all weekend and boy do my feet hurt. Since I don't have my thyroid pills I really shouldn't have been bad over the weekend. Today is a new day Right!  Well I'm gonna go cook breakfast , we haven't had breakfast food in over a month. Then its off to Lowe's and WalMart...
